Sometimes you need to make that much-needed "pit stop" along the road of life.
It's time to fuel up & keep moving forward on your journey.
What is Fuel for the Journey?
Over ten years ago, I started a blog called Fuel for the Journey aimed at providing content that encouraged and inspired my readers in their journey of faith. I envisioned a virtual gas station where they could come and fill up their spiritual tank to keep moving forward.
Now, Fuel for the Journey has expanded its service offerings to include coaching, but the mission has remained the same: To provide a "pit stop" for people on their road of life, where they can come fill up their tank and keeping moving forward. A list of specialized coaching areas can be found on the Book a Session page.
What is Coaching?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through the joint practices of deep listening and powerful questioning, a coach creates a trusting environment for honest reflection, brainstorming, strategizing and committing to meaningful action. Rather than telling or giving advice, a coach allows the client to set the agenda and helps them discover the answers within themselves. As a member of ICF, my work is aligned with and governed by the ICF Ethical Standards and ICF Core Values.

Process through the painful emotions of grief after the loss of a loved one, a living loss such as a divorce or other losses related to the global pandemic
